Vietnam Memorial

Many Jamaicans have served in the Armed Forces of the USA and continue to do so today.
Many have lost their lives in that service. The Vietnam Memorial Wall in Washington, DC.
bears their names.  In most cases, they did so without being an American Citizen. They are
not all listed as Jamaicans in the Wall Directory, but as residents of the city where they
had resided or in some cases where they entered the Military Service. We Jamaicans must
not let history sell us short.
